Terms of Enrollment for Foxbridge Golf Junior Golf Camp

A separate registration form is required for each junior.
Camps will take place rain or shine.
If a camper has to cancel due to illness or injury after registration has taken place and before camp begins - a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply.
No refunds will be provided for missed days and missed days cannot be made up.

In the result of injury or accident however sustained to my child, I release all liability to Foxbridge Golf Club, its staff & any others helping out with this junior golf camp. I know that golf is a high speed sport. Any injury or damage, caused by my child to other golfers, staff or property, or to my junior, is my responsibility. In case of injury or accident, if I am not able to be contacted, I give permission to Foxbridge Golf Club or its staff to obtain proper medical attention during my absence.

Foxbridge Golf Club will not be responsible for the loss of any personal property, however caused.
